Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Testing near me in Kendall Park, New Jersey

Scheduled my six year old an appointment for 2:30pm. Arrived at 2:15pm. Waited in waiting room until 3:25pm, while taking walk ins prior to our scheduled appointment.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

Scheduling for the following day was easy. It seems curious that one cannot be seen for an urgent issue on the day they need to be seen. I stopped in early afternoon and the room was packed and the wait was long. I gave up and went home. I called around 6:30 pm to seen if the wait was shorter. I was put on hold and forgotten, or ignored. I gave up after 15 min on hold

Having been in the health care field for 25 years I can say it's a great place. The safe is both friendly and engaging. I would recommend it for anyone!

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

Everyone was very helpful and made the process very smooth! Jackie helped me out and did a great job.  Definitely recommend this place.

This is my favorite doctors office. The professionalism here is truly unmatched. There is never a long wait period, and the doctors here are very experienced. They are also excellent with kids. 10/10 recommend!

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Woke up and booked an appointment online with ease. Staff checked me in was quickly making necessary changes and no wait. I sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. My wait time was waiting on test results. The staff moved quickly when the results came back I could hear the timer and reading of the results. The doctor was professional.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Had a sore throat and was concerned about strep throat and need for antibiotics. Staff was really nice and had great bedside manner. Office was clean and check in process was smooth. I did have to wait over two hours but the staff was upfront about only having one provider that day. Overall had a good experience just wish the wait time was a little less.

Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Dr. Santana was perfectly professional and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

I really like the Dr. there. I’m grateful a sign is posted re sequence of being seen. You’re not treated “first come first serve. The sign needs to be seen/read, so when 2 people went before me, I did ask how many were allowed to precede: Solution: Suggestion for phone calls from your office…”Would you like to make an appointment?”

We tried as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon, but wait was 2 hours.  I easily scheduled an appointment for next morning, no wait and the doctor was excellent.

Woke up with an itchy inflamed rash. I needed urgent medical care, Thank goodness scheduling an appointment and check-in was effortless. The Staff is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. I cannot thank everyone there enough.
