I cut my leg badly a couple of days ago and needed help asap! I immediately thought of the closest Urgent Care on Valley Forge Rd. and Sumneytown Pike in Lansdale. I was a walk-in and there were a couple of sick children ahead of me so they immediately got me to a private room where I wouldn't be exposed to germs and cleaned my leg while I waited for the on-duty physician's assistant, Catherine Moran. She was attending to those ahead of me but came in to evaluate my injury and informed me that the wound would require stitches. When she finished with the others, she attended to me and did an outstanding job! Not only was the stitching painless but the quality of her handiwork was fabulous! She was calm and reassuring as were the nurse who performed the preliminary duties (blood pressure, information gathering, etc.) and staff. I was impressed with the competence of everyone involved and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me!

Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. Me, my wife, and our three small children visited the Live Urgent Care in Bordentown today, all of us sick. We were all seen by the doctor in the same room. Excellent service, excellent bedside manner.

Right tonsil and ear were killing, went in as a walk in and the process was easy. Checked in, filled out paperwork online, had 7 people in front of me, but the wait was not long at all. Staff was amazing, did a throat culture and the P.A. was amazing. She ordered the meds that I needed and not long after taking them, I could swallow again with no pain. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
