I woke up a UTI. I was very uncomfortable. I first went to Vibe urgent care.The staff had a very bad attitude, they pretty much ran me out there. I walked the additional block to your site at 15th and Spruce. Your front desk people were amazing. The nurse that took my vitals was so personable. The doctor was great. Your staff made a bad uncomfortable day bearable. You guys knocked it out the park.Thank you so much.

Scheduled with ease online. They had an opening within 10 mins, took that appointment. Upon arrival was greeted by front office staff who kindly checked me in. Was sitting for not even a minute before being called back by the medical assistant who was also kind and took all my vitals. The Dr. came in with a wonderful professional demeanor and great bedside manner. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
