I came checked in nurse called me right away. Didn’t have to wait a long quick service. Whole staff is being extremely helpful and careful especially the doctor is the most supportive person. I’ve there quite few times all the times I’ve been treated and taken cared with respect. My kids feels very comfortable there that’s why, I suggested everyone should go there.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

The online booking system was easy and it kept me from waiting more than five minutes.  The staff was excellent.  Concerned, asked pertinent questions and LISTENED.  Then talked through the situation, ordered tests and concluded with prescriptions and a plan.  I was very pleased and impressed.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

mine was a walk-in appointment. So my wait -time was expected.  The staff were all very nice but 2 comments: the person who brought me into the examination room did’t introduce herself and her role at the clinic. She took my vitals but she didn’t say anything before leaving the room, like “the doctor would be in shortly”.  Also the examination room presented as needing a good cleaning and painting .  Otherwise a very good experience

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!
