Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

The ease of scheduling the appointment was a plus. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Dr Ava who examined me was attentive and very caring.

I walked in but had to wait a long time !  I never had to wait so long!  The doctor was very nice however!

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

The receptionist at this practice was wonderful and I would highly recommend the doctor if I remember correctly her name is Christine

I had a sneaking suspicion something was amiss but I wanted a professional opinion. My PCP clinic is 1.5hr away and this situation wasn't worth the drive so I made an appointment here. It took a little while to be seen but I was really pleased with the quality of care.
