I was so happy about the location being so close to my house. Was good parking available and was seen in about 30 minutes. The nurse took my blood for my blood test and was patience enough because my blood was low. I had a good experience. Thank you.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

Wait was longer than usual. Over 40 min with an appointment  Care was excellent and staff was friendly.

My son hasn't been feeling well. And I was able to schedule an appointment for him right away. Everyone was amazing!

My daughter had non stop coughs. We arrived there at urgent care right at 9 pm when they actually were closed, but they openly welcome us and visited my daughter. Last time I came here, my whole experience was a nightmare. They looked like they changed ownership so I gave another try. The experience was so simple. Everyone was easy to talk too and  I had barely any wait time. The women I saw were pleasant and efficient. I was out the door quickly and my prescription was called in by the time I got to the pharmacy.

My son needed care immediately after being triage by a nurse from his primary doctor. The Primary doctors office was near closing and suggested the urgent care. I called urgent care and they were very helpful setting an appointment and also seeing my second child for a sports physical. Staff was very friendly and PA was also from Rockford, Illinois, which is my hometown. She was very pleasant and knowledgable and my Children really were comfortable with her

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and NP Christianah Ogunleye’s was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended this clinic!!

My kid needed a physical done called and to my surprise they had an opening. Visit was awesome they had quick wait time visit it self was fast and efficient and the provider was awesome. Will definitely be recommending to others.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.
