I was able to make an appt online for the same day. Once I arrived, the check-in was easy and they got me back to my room quickly. The MA was super friendly and cordial. The provider was friendly and open to listen to my thoughts regarding the concern. Overall experience went really well.

Easy online booking.  Check in was seamless. Waiting area is clean and pleasant.  Staff are all friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, which is really appreciated when you are sick.  I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Had made an appt for tomorrow for a lingering cold/sore throat/earache but was feeling worse as the day progressed. I called to see if walk-ins were accepted and was told yes and the likely wait time. And then was told that they could text me when the wait had lessened. So kind! I ended up going within half an hour...figured I might as well wait there. And the check-in was efficient and fast. I was seen quickly, all my questions were answered and I was reassured about my symptoms. An OTC was prescribed after it was determined I was negative for strep or tonsillitis or an ear infection. (They even cleaned one ear, which was clogged with wax - a new experience for me. I came away SO IMPRESSED with all the staff - kind, professional, helpful and efficient!! Would definitely recommend this provider!!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Called close to opening was told there was approximately 3.5 hr wait but they would be happy to text with my ETA. Walked in the clinic immediately greeted and saw the doctor less than 8 minutes later. Walked out with RX quickly. Great service all around. Definitely would come back again.

I went to Indigo for a second visit for the same ear infection. This time me I saw Michelle. She was wonderful. She listened to me, changed the medication and added one. After only two days I’m starting to feel a difference. The staff is always courteous, friendly and extremely efficient. My prescriptions are always called into the pharmacy even before I leave the office.  I really value this place. They bill my insurance and seldom make me wait more than a day or two to get in. I actually prefer it to my insurance physicians. BTW I was offered an appt in my network for an INFECTION in 4 months!  Unbelievable.

The process and wait time took way too long. Way too long for a simple visit

I was suffered from an asthma attack and it was one of the scariest experiences I have had. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the right treatment. I felt very well taken care of. I’m truly grateful for all the help I got while I was there. Thank you.
