Just as all my 5-stars suggest, everything was great, with all staff being very professional and personable while providing excellent healthcare.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Woke up this after dealing with cold and being tired. I was concerned with the lack of energy. Now, visiting clinic as a walk in and being checked out. I feel I can plan my next adventure, been concerned. Being 81 is a new experience and may not get it right. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Happy new year!

I woke up this AM with UTI sx. My insurance sent me to Tran Urgent Care. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of scheduling, the care, and the prompt care as well. I would like to see an improved patient portal experience. The provider and staff were kind and knowledgeable.

As always - though fortunately have not had to visit often - l have been treated with kind professionalism.  Questions answered, treatment options discussed.  Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Everyone was so kind to my two year old and got us an appointment off the wait list! They were wonderful!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

My eyes were feeling gritty and not right, so I bit the bullet and drove to this location yesterday (based on my previous, first visit last summer). Super quiet, clean and the staff both visits were very nice and courteous. My doctor for this visit was helpful with my current finding of the finding of pinkeye (we were both equally grossed out). He didn't shame me or lecture, and he said it was good we caught it in time. He prescribed some antibiotics and said if I had any trouble to let them know. I would definitely go back to this UC if I need to. :)

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.
