Went in for issues with a caugh and sinus infection and pinkeye. Care for everything went very well. Staff including the doctor were very professional and friendly and efficient.  Medication was ready and waiting at the pharmacy when we got there and before we knew it we were at home resting.  Thank you and we will definitely recommend.

My husband needed stitches removed. Your office put them in a week prior and we went to get them removed.  Everything was great at both visits.

Jasmine, Sharlita (?), Bryan, and the other person we interacted with were all noticeably friendly and kind. Maybe it is no longer common practice for medical providers to sanitize or wash their hands when they come into the examination room? No one did that.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
