Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.

My daughter had a bump on her wrist that was bothering her. Scheduling was easy, wait time was good and her exam was great. The nurses were extremely nice, the doctor answered all our questions and helped our daughter. My daughter said the doctor was nice, answered her questions and made her laugh! 9/10

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. After being sick with an upper respiratory virus for 12 days, I decided to see if I could get an appt the same day. I had many choices of times to pick from. After arriving, I only waited about 10 mins. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection. I was given meds and info about over the counter meds.

This urgent care is easy to schedule and convenient to get to. Plus the my chart links into my primary my chart. The staff is friendly and spends the time to answer all of my questions.

Scheduling was great. Wish we didn’t have to wait as long... It was over 40 minutes from our appointment time until we saw a provider.

Care was good. Referral to wound care was done incorrectly and waited an extra couple of days to happen because the referral was trying to be made to a place near Tacoma and I live in Poulsbo. There’s one in bremerton. Finally called back since I wasn’t getting one from the Wound Care office I wanted and the receptionist and then probably the referral team made the correct referral. The wound Care in Bremerton  just called today and here it is the sixth and we were in there on the 30th so we did get a referral finally it was right on the paperwork. It could’ve been seen if someone took the time to look.

Woke up with a sore throat and cough. Called to see if I could get in.  When I arrived was put on the waiting list.  Wasn’t too bad a wait, maybe an hour.

I went in because I've had a sore throat and fever all week and have been exposed to my live in partner who came down with strep. He had gone in and the instant test was negative, but a week later the lab came back positive. I told them all this. My lab was also negative. Well, thanks to a mix up where they'd entered my name with an error, the lab discarded my test results and wouldn't process them. I spent all morning today using my sore throat to argue with them. They wanted me to come back and re-test... I don't have energy to keep going to the doctor and spending all day for things I did yesterday. The whole thing is ridiculous... what a waste of time.
