This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

I received excellent information about my condition from the doctor.

Walked in with a painful stye. Staff at the desk was friendly and welcoming. Was attended to on time both nurse and Dr were friendly and compassionate.

Quick. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable.

Computer systems were down.  Everything took forever.  I could hear other patient conversations through the walls.  Fix the computers.  It took forever.  Staff and doctor was nice.  Care was good.  Admin ruined it.

Woke up for third day in a row and was feeling terrible, sinus pressure, coughing and fever. I called office and I was able to get in to see a Dr within the hour. I was greeted by friendly staff and I was in and out within 45 mins with a nebulizer treatment that they administered. I love the staff and doctors they have. They are thorough and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

Everything about the experience was acceptable: the nurses, doctors, front desk staff were all kind and caring. The facility itself could use some consideration, though. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper (we used tissues) and we had to dig in the drawer to find paper towels. Toilet cleaning products were accessible to little hands, too, which would be problematic to a single-parent with multiple children in tow. Overall experience was fine but we may choose a different urgent care provider in the future.

It is easy to schedule an appointment time on line. The staff is pleasant and willing to listen.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

The front desk person I believe her name was Amanda or Andrea was very sweet. We came in with my granddaughter. My granddaughter was very upset. She asked what her favorite character was and proceeded  to print out baby shark picture and Gave her crayons. The hcp came in and didn’t even introduce herself. Proceeded to examine her and did not what so ever have a good bedside manner. When I asked if she checked her lungs she said she did. I didn’t see her do it. She said she did it while we were talking. She needs to have a better beside manner
