I received excellent information about my condition from the doctor.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

A friend recommended this Dr Arora and this clonic.  They could not have been more attentive and kind.  He listened.  The. Staff has a good working relationship with each other and other patients.  I would highly recommend Dr Arora.

I scheduled an appointment and appreciated the convenience of doing so. However, my experience felt disorganized, and there were longer than expected wait times, even though there were not many people in the waiting room. While I understand that delays can happen at doctors offices, I was a bit surprised of how long the wait was despite scheduling prior. After waiting for an hour and a half past my schedule time, I received a text, asking how my visit went and notifying me that I had been checked out, even though I hadn’t been seen yet. When I inquired about this, the staff quickly realized it was an error and put me back on the list, and saw me right away. They were very apologetic, and I appreciate the responsiveness, I’m sharing this feedback, as requested, and I hope this was an isolated incident.

DOT physical every 2 years at this location. This was my 3rd time here. Appointments are easy to schedule online. Staff was great, especially during check-in. Reception person was very competent, especially when I almost left without my completed card and paperwork. The person assessing my initial vitals was able to manually take my blood pressure as all non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) machines always has me as hypertensive. When auscultated, I am in the "normal" range. Kudos to the individual.
