Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Very quick and everyone was polite and very caring

Staff very friendly. Caregivers knowledgeable. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Would use them again for an urgent care need.

Went in with a high fever, body aches, migraine, delirium, chest pain, weakness and hardship breathing. Staff never checked my temperature. My partner, Michael Quinn was also seen the same day for the same symptoms. The staff member he spoke to didn’t recognize the term pulmonary which is quite scary and concerning. For my partner, they only checked BP. No temp or pulse ox taken.

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

Never had a bad experience here. Staff is always informed and friendly no matter who is working.  The best urgent care around.

Dr. Shah and his staff were terrific. They identified the problem and ordered the appropriate treatment.  I would recommend their office to anyone!

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

Nothing they are great I’m happy with the job they did respectful and nice help with questions I had and didn’t give me no attitude I will be going there or telling other people to go there when ever they get injured

I appreciate the leve of care received. I prefer to go to this location than any where else. My last visit was decent but the front desk lady tried to take my blood and bruised both my arms and I ended up with an upper arm reaction, very frustrating and painful experience, I still have the image to this day.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
