This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring. They work thoroughly and explain very well. I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse). Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. I highly highly recommend PM pediatrics. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. I’ve unfortunately had to take all 3 of my kids including an infant here this cold season, which has barely started! The doctors are always amazing. Office staff is kind. The nurses always get my twin preschoolers to laugh. A huge thank you to both Dr Friedman and Dr he, who have managed to get my preschoolers over their fear of checking their ears! Thank you so much. Through croup, RSV, paraflu, pink eyes, and ear infections… you’re always awesome. Thank you!
