Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap.
