Have a bad cough. 😷 and they were able to see me quickly.

I was able to schedule an appointment the same day.  I fell down some stairs.  I had X-rays done and the NP was very knowledgeable. She faxed in 2 prescriptions for me.  This happened yesterday.  Someone was supposed to call me today after the X-rays were read but I haven’t heard from anyone so far.

Staff was very kind and great. They made check-in a breeze. I’m not sure 100% the situation but check-in was extremely long. Altogether I spent pretty close to two hours here when my wait time said only one person was ahead of me waiting.The fact someone who came in after me was seen before me was frustrating. I had to wait a while in the exam room too. Other than that I felt like I received great care!

Friendly staff and saw me right away. Got in and out fairly quick.

Was so impressed with the entire process. I called out of the blue, was sent a link, chose a time, booked, was immediately seen, and given an x-ray and perfect guidance.

I scheduled my appointment online. I was taken in right away. The medical tech and doctor were great. The front desk person was great as well. The doctor fixed me with a couple medications for a cough that I had for quite awhile. I was just there yesterday and feel better today already. I will always go back there. I’ve also taken both my grandkids and had great results.

Everyone was helpful and the Dr was very compassionate, helpful, caring, kind. Highly recommended!

The doctor was fantastic but I waited over 2 hours to see her. Arrived at 1:00 pm and walked out at 4:30 pm. Care was good but please do better about keeping patients informed about their wait times. By the way, there were 2 patients in the waiting room when I arrived.
