Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the Vanessa, John, and the Dr. Alexa were so warm and caring. I was in and out in half hour, and that was with a short staff I highly recommend this provider.

I saw my primary on Thursday for the same condition (at a health system considered the premier in the mid-Atlantic region). They did no tests and prescribed no remedy. Today (Saturday) came here. They sorted me out and scheduled future tests. So, they solved my issues.
