Everything was great with the staff and the service but why is the waiting room so hot?!?

Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Instead, I was in and out in less than one hour. Thank you so much and happy new year!

The staff was very welcoming and saw me promptly. The doctor spent considerable time and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. The entire visit was actually enjoyable.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.
