Staff was very kind. The check-in process was fast and I was seen by the doctor relatively quickly.

This urgent care is quick, efficient and has the most caring people working there. Second time going here and had a pleasant experience here wouldn’t go anywhere else because the staff and the doctors made me feel at ease.

I was too sick to remember who my nurse and doctor was but they got me in and out quickly and they were very sweet.

Dr. Was so amazing, she seems very concern. She was the only Dr. and she was not rushing at all. She explain everything.

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.

I haven't been breathing well for 2 days. I've been wheezing and it's interrupting my sleep. The receptionist at the desk was very pleasant and much concerned. She check me in right away, and as I went to sit down I was called in the room. Ms. Rita was very pleasant. Dr. Esteban-Galindo bed side manners were superb.
