First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
