Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Very Kind and Professional staff. Vida , exceptional Provider. MaryAnn , Medical Assistant  was attentive and gentle in caring for Me . Eric greeted me at the front desk with a kind Personality and helped Me complete my signing in information. Highly Recommend , AFC, Denville.

My first visit to this facility, excellent service, highly recommend.

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Staff working on Xmas was friendly and helpful. My sincerest thanks to them for working on a holiday!

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.
