Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the Vanessa, John, and the Dr. Alexa were so warm and caring. I was in and out in half hour, and that was with a short staff I highly recommend this provider.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. I came in to receive a sports physical and this office offered great service throughout my whole experience there. I was able to call ahead of time and receive all the information I needed. The wait time was small and everyone was friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

The Nutley location was amazing. They were able to get me in, tested for Covid, flu, RSV, and strep, in a matter of 30 minutes, the medical assistant and doctor were so friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

Been having a fever and nausea. Didn't have to wait long. Everyone so caring. Given something for nausea and felt better in 10 minutes. I always have great experience there.

Scheduling and check in was very easy to do. The only problem I had with filling out the form was I made a mistake on my birthday and could not get back to change it. They changed it when I got to the urgent care - very professional at this office. Would definitely use it again if I had to. The doctor explained everything in detail and asked me several times if I had any questions or concern.

I was taken care immediately.  Everyone was so kind.  I would recommend anyone to go.   Thank you for everything.❤️🥰

Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
