Probably one of most cleanest urgent cares I’ve been in. Very easy to make an appointment, no wait time but expected to wait if I had to. I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

This was my first visit to this facility, and it came after a fall that injured my ankle, head, neck, and shoulder. The team here immediately took X-rays and ensured everything was thoroughly checked. Last week, I went to another hospital for a separate issue, but it was dismissed. However, at this facility, they quickly identified that something wasn’t right and referred me to a vascular doctor. I’m incredibly grateful that I asked them to take a quick look at that as well. The staff throughout the facility were very caring and professional, and the environment was clean and welcoming. I will definitely make this my go-to medical facility from now on.
