Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I made an appt but still had to wait 2 hours. I don't think they should offer appointments if you just have to wait in line with all the walk ins. Once I was seen, the NP was nice and very quick before being pulled by another PA for a favor. At least I got antibiotics and hopefully will be feeling better soon.
