Along with nose & head congestion.  My whole experience was great in the office from the front desk to the nurse and the Doctor Who were also accommodating to my needs and I’m so thankful that I came in because I really really needed medication. Check in, triage, and provider did not introduce themselves. I was seen a long time after my appointment with no acknowledgement of my wait time. I understand you may not be able to tell me why I’m waiting, but it made me question why I booked an appointment and was told to be there early. My prescription was printed instead of being sent to my requested pharmacy I put on my paperwork and advised the provider of. The phlebotomist Jose was very quick and kind tho, and the lab draw was painless. He introduced himself and communicated well

Scheduled Annual Flu Shot.  Arrived. 5 min early, completed 1 page info as requested. Waited 5 min, called to back, received shot! Easy, quick, efficient!!

All staff were amazing and very friendly, my son needed an X-ray and they had us in and out within an hour.

Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

This isn’t my first time bringing my sick children here and will not be the last. The Doctors and staff here are kind & helpful! I love coming here because we are in and out in less than an hour and they are opened late as well. As I mentioned before, I’ll always bring my kids back. Thank you for you care!

I made an appt but still had to wait 2 hours. I don't think they should offer appointments if you just have to wait in line with all the walk ins. Once I was seen, the NP was nice and very quick before being pulled by another PA for a favor. At least I got antibiotics and hopefully will be feeling better soon.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
