Staff was excellent! Wait time wasn’t long! They listen to my concerns about my son! Like that they have an Pharmacy in there too!

Today I took both of my granddaughters to the Urgent Care in Delafield, WI. In this day and age people only usually call to complain. This is a great note for the staff at that Urgent Care. I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable in a Dr.'s office. My granddaughters were lucky enough to see Dr. Michael Long. He has fabulous bedside manner and was amazing with the kids. Even they were comfortable at 5 and 18 months. His staff brought them stickers and my offered a juice box to the 5 year old after some bad tasting medicine. Our family is lucky to have had a fantastic pediatrician for the last 32 years. I will now consider this location myself if I have to be seen in as swift as manner as the girls did today. Overall I give this location an A+.

The staff was friendly; everyone worked efficiently; my time there was shorter than I expected. My check-in process was done quickly. The staff explained everything thoroughly. This clinic has been a literal blessing for me. Dr Mike and his wife Cindy are such wonderful people, down to earth and very caring. Something you don’t see much of in the actual big doctors offices etc. Doctor Mike knows his stuff well and I completely trust him 100% his wife Cindy is always there with a smile she takes time out to talk with you when she can they always check up to make sure you’re doing OK If more people, more doctors, more nurses, would have this type of kindness and attitude toward their patients it would be such a better world. Some of us have extreme anxiety and I know doctors have a hard time dealing with that but not MIKE and Cindy they know exactly how to deal with that as well as how to deal with all kinds of physical Health issues. To me mental and physical health all go together you couldn’t find a better place than here for your health needs. I recommend them more than anyone else.
