I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day. I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk. She was very patient with me and very sweet! Very friendly staff! I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!
