Saugus location in the best, my kids always feel comfortable at this one. The front desk lady Jennifer is always so friendly and my kids love seeing her when we go here. Always super quick and staff is awesome.

Everything was good. Easy to schedule an appointment. All staff interactions were friendly.

My son was sick and I called for an appointment but was told it was walk-in only. I took him to the clinic expecting at least an hour or two. Fortunately as soon as the cumbersome paperwork was finished he was seen in a short time. Online check in seems very long. All Staff were very kind and professional.

It was my first time coming here and I waited little to no time. Everyone who saw me was sweet and polite.

Had stomach discomfort for 3 days so decided to try this clinic.  I was pleasantly surprised on all levels.  Many tests were taken and diagnosis given by the PA.  Would definitely recommend this location!
