I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.

Very impressed with the level of professional care, Very happy that this place is here at Northgate Revere MA easy to reach fast help for those in need without the grief of seeking out avail appointments with routine Dr office aggravation! This staff was pleasant and caring!  Peace of mind that the ER of a hospital is avoided along with the drama or cost! Knowing this place is open everyday is comforting again the staff is totally on point as to listen & even provided paperwork of the visit detailing amazing! P.A. Sam was the best today for my sons care!

Staff were extremely helpful and transparent about cost since I was self pay with no insurance. Staff went above and beyond to answer questions before I was even seen and the front office staff were so nice and caring. The doctor was kind and efficient. First time going to this location and will definitely go again when needed
