Often we only rate something after a bad experience, but if it was good we just say "oh they did what they were suppose to" - Well they took great care of me when i was over there, beside my own 2 star attitude the facility itself performed great. thank you

I had to wait longer than I expected ( about 1/2 hour) but only because a family of three signed in before me. But, it was worth the wait! The practitioner listened to me. She asked several questions about my symptoms and was able to diagnose me accurately. She prescribed an antibiotic for a sinus infection and suggested a decongestant for the fluid in my ears. I was feeling better in a few days!

I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!
