Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. The visit i did via telecast was good, the doctor was very informative and prescribed me medecine which she described on our zoom call. Except she forgot to put in the prescription until i asked about it later that evening. The prescription wasn’t then ready until the next business day which was when my symptoms were nearly cleared up

Very easy to use. The staff were helpful and courteous. Ms. Wendy was the best.
