I was a walk-in customer. There were 4 persons ahead of me after I completed the registration. I waited for over an hour before I was called. I was then taken to a room where my vitals were taken and told to wait to see the doctor. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I stepped out and asked if I was forgotten. I was told to continue wait as there was only 1 doctor. After waiting for over an hour in the doctor's chair, I had to leave to attend an emergency. I advised the personel at the desk that I would soon be back. I returned about 30 minutes later and was advised that I had to re-register and wait anew. Worst urgent care I've ever had.

I was sick over the holiday weekend and was able to set an appointment for Tuesday morning. I was seen within minutes of entering the office. Wendy was awesome she immediately accessed the issue and prescribed an antibiotic I needed and I was on my way. Very appreciative

Staff is excellent, kind, and knowledgeable, space is clean, prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
