The check-in process was short sweet & to the point. I appreciate not having to do a lot of writing. It was painless and all done on my phone. Everyone was nice and friendly from security to the nurse to the doctor. I love seeing the wait time in real time instead of having to guess, how long until I was going to take. The facility was clean and smelled nice! I was in and out with my prescription within an hour. I am so pleased with my visit.

Dr and staff were very helpful and polite, my visit was good there was no issues on my check in despite my little knowledge of using electronics.

Been suffering with a headache, chest pain, congestion and a sore throat. I later developed a cough on the second day. Was able to download the app that night and make a morning appointment. Very easy to use. The staff were helpful and courteous. Ms. Wendy was the best. My prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy and I was given a form for a chest x ray in another facility close by. All in all it was a positive experience that I will use again.

Tested positive for Covid but got sicker so went to see Dr. Miriam. She was kind and attentive and immediately diagnosed that I had double pneumonia. Her professionalism and genuine kindness prevailed when she prescribed medication and gave me instructions on the progress. I am now completely over the pneumonia and credit Dr. Miriam for her prompt diagnosis and advice.
