I received excellent information about my condition from the doctor.

Didn’t feel well all week, the Saturday night my symptoms got worse

Fast service considering it was a Friday evening. Was in and out in an hour  Front desk, and patient care was decent. No complaints.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

Was able to quickly book an appt for my 5yo. We were seen promptly, the nurse and PA both listened to our concerns. The exam was thorough and we were out of the office promptly.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

Was seen by a LPN who stated they tested for pneumonia.  LPN stated I had a cold and was dismissive of my symptoms.  Went to PCP on Monday and after X-ray diagnosed with pneumonia.

If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏
