Dr and staff were very helpful and polite, my visit was good there was no issues on my check in despite my little knowledge of using electronics.

The check-in process was short sweet & to the point. I appreciate not having to do a lot of writing. It was painless and all done on my phone. Everyone was nice and friendly from security to the nurse to the doctor. I love seeing the wait time in real time instead of having to guess, how long until I was going to take. The facility was clean and smelled nice! I was in and out with my prescription within an hour. I am so pleased with my visit.

Been suffering with a headache, chest pain, congestion and a sore throat. I later developed a cough on the second day. Was able to download the app that night and make a morning appointment. Very easy to use. The staff were helpful and courteous. Ms. Wendy was the best. My prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy and I was given a form for a chest x ray in another facility close by. All in all it was a positive experience that I will use again.

The provider Kelly Reed was excellent and superb in her job. Very detail in what the patient has.

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

My experience today (10-18) was perfectly fine and acceptable. From the time I arrived at the CVS Location to the time I obtained my Flu Shot and drove away - 15 minutes out of my day. I had no issues. Of course: I followed the directions. I arrived to the Store 10 minutes in advance; I was alert for text messages - which I received regarding status; I waited for and received my phone call from the NP; a CVS Customer Care Manager was there to walk me through the check-in procedures. I used my Insurance Card. I had no issues and was in and out with a Flu Shot in less than 10 minutes. No complaints; I appreciate the professionalism.
