The staff and the doctor were amazingly on top of things and were friendly. Very efficient and smoothly run. Called Monday morning and got a pre-op appointment for one hour later, an involved process with cardiogram and bloodwork, which took no longer than 40 including sign-in. Very personable staff, but that's a two-way street; I'm personable. So the appointment was actually fun (partly because I was not feeling ill or dicy).

Robert Cook Bel Air: Before I moved to Bel Air I used several well regarded physicians & facilities. Robert Cook is 2nd to no one I've treated by. I've made quite a few trips to him with severe medical emergencies & he constantly turns me around & quickly. I always have very short wait times and the check-in process is straightforward. I have to go weekly for Covid testing and have never encountered any issues.

Very long wait but not the staff fault only one nurse working 1 front desk attended who was great and only noticed one dr not sure his name but he was great as well

For a first time visit, I was very impressed. From the phone call the day prior, making the appointment was swift. Excellent attendance in the front. Very polite staff from the waiting area to the exam room… Excellent bed side manners of the Pediatrician, and medical assistant. My daughter felt at ease.. I’m certain we will be back if the need arises.
