I called for a same day appointment for a rapid covid test. They were able to accommodate me and get me in right away, and no other urgent care could. The provider was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The medical assistant who did my covid test talked me through the process and did a great job...I barely felt any discomfort. Of course with any Urgent Care, you should expect to wait your turn. I may have waited 30 minutes, was called back and given immediate attention. The Dr. (can't remember her name) was very attentive. Didn't seem like she was in a hurry to move on. She listened and answered all my questions. W.C.
