They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.

The clinic in Highland was not good 2hr wait and appt doesn’t matter so I went to White Lake location and it was much much better. While I was there 2 other people who were at the Highland location came to White Lake also. Wait time and exam time were acceptable and all staff were very professional and friendly.

I've had a head cold for 3 weeks without relief. I had done an e-visit and a virtual through my primary office. I will say my virtual visit suggested I get my ears checked. Thank goodness she did. I had inflammation and fluid in both ears! I hadn't been able to hear for over a week. Thanks to Urgent Care I finally got the medication needed for my body to heal. I had a great visit. The staff there was so helpful and professional. The scheduling was a breeze. I didn't have to wait long before seen. I would recommend going here.

Easy to check in and make a same day appointment. In and out very quick but took all the time I needed.

Had severe back spasms. The receptionist was very kind.   The PA on duty D’andre I think is so very good.  Has a great personality.   The nurse was wonderful.

Woke up with a pain in my side, I hopped on to book an appointment and within the next hour I was in. Very little wait time and was out within the 45 mins. Sherry was super nice along with the rest of the staff. This is my second time having to come into this urgent care and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Had some issues with my sinuses for weeks but I couldn't get a timely appointment with my PCP.I ride pass this clinic on my daily ride ro work so I decided to give it a try.I was greeted by 2 friendly office staff members.I barely had any wait time/ the doctor on staff had great bedside manner.He explained everything to me from start to finish.After he came to a proper diagnosis he explanation each medication to me and thoroughly how it works in combination to address my diagnosis. This place is hands down a 5 star 🌟 I would give more if I wad able,this is definitely my new go to place.I highly recommend 1st Choice Urgent Care

This was the easiest I have been seen in an office. Staff was friendly, the care was immaculate, everyone was so friendly.

In and out very fast and the staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

They were very nice and assuring! They were velvet good listeners and paid attention to my needs.

Very professional and punctual. All staff was helpful and understanding. They actually called the next day to check in my son, which really meant a lot. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.
