Made an appointment and checked in on line. Got there and was seen immediately.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

Experiencing Virtigo and was able to receive great care. Did not need to schedule a later appointment.

We didn’t have to wait for along time for check in , but we stayed at the room for someone to come and check on my daughter. And they taking long long time to do each step of the process. They said we will call you tomorrow for the results and never called and I tried to call twice and they said we don’t have it yet.

That was my first time there it was very clean.the people were very nice.i like it cause it was not no long wait I got seen and taken care fast.the only thing is I didn't get the medican that was prescribed to me yet.i told them were to send it to and I haven't heard anything from were I told them to send my medican to.i thought I would get the medican today but I didn't. Yes I would recommend you all to other.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. PA Lauren was great.

I fell and hurt my shoulder. I went right to Springfield Urgent Care in St. Clair Shores. The staff got me right in, exam, X-rays and diagnosis super fast. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone that needs care.

My son needed a sports physical. We like this urgent care because they make it easy to schedule and they do not make us wait for long. The staff is always extremely pleasant.

Wait time was short. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to the Walk-in clinic. I will use this service in the future if necessary.

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.
