I recommend this clinic. Scheduling was easy, I was seen right away at my appointment time, PCR test results were back in 15 minutes instead of 1 week. Staff, nurse, doctor are professional and respectful.

I came in for traumatic hip pain. Dr. Ramaseshan got me into X-ray right away. Was very thorough on my physical exam. He put me at ease and I feel confident in his treatment.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.

Everyone was very gracious and helpful. Staff was smiling and welcoming as well as professional. Extremely happy with the care I received.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

Staff was very kind and great. They made check-in a breeze. I’m not sure 100% the situation but check-in was extremely long. Altogether I spent pretty close to two hours here when my wait time said only one person was ahead of me waiting.The fact someone who came in after me was seen before me was frustrating. I had to wait a while in the exam room too. Other than that I felt like I received great care!

PA Lauren was great.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. I did not have an appointment and was still seen in a very timely manner. Our nurse Mark was very friendly and understanding to our situation, he made us feel calm and stress free.
