The staff is professional but very friendly and put you at ease. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before I was seen for treatment. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what medication would be administered and the course of treatment that was required to resolve my medical issue. The facility was astounding clean and the staff were extremely friendly. There was absolutely no wait and the Dr was very sweet and professional. If you need an urgent care facility, this is without a doubt the best place. Every other facility is dirty and busy but this is truly the dream urgent care.

I went there to have my knee looked at. The Dr was very up front saying she couldn't help me. No charge but sent me to a different location for my problem. OrthoMichiganNow Got me in & treated me & i have immediate relief. I can't say enough about my treatment. My Primary said 5 days for an appointment. I'm getting a new Primary!
