Staff was great and scheduling was very easy. The office was very clean. The wait time was not acceptable for someone who made an appointment time. I made an appointment for 10 AM and arrived at 10. I was taken back to waiting room around 10:25 and the initial evaluation was completed. I then waited until around 11:15. For me, this was an unacceptable amount of time to wait. Prescription was called in immediately. Otherwise everything else wast great.

Everything was perfect and on time  I love the service it’s helpful a lot specially on Sunday make me happy when they are open.Thank you

Everybody was friendly, but 4 different medical personnel entered the room at various times and not one introduced themselves. Also, I didn’t receive discharge paperwork with my son’s diagnoses and new medications the provider prescribed. My son received an xray, per my request. I wanted to know if he had pneumonia. The provider never said if he did or not. She said “ he’s a little congested.” Nonetheless, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The nurse practitioner’s & staff are all so nice &’d kind! This is the only urgent care that I go to.

First time visit. Very clean and nice office building. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Every thing was so so simple.. I got Online. Picked my time to come in. Showed up. Got in within arrival a few minutes later. They for a Saturday on a holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend were not busy at all. I came in at 3:41 pm was out by 4:00ish diagnosed and with prescription in hand. Yes , no having to then leave and use another place for pharmacy. Dr. Kayla was fantastic. Listening to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend her or any of the other providers at this location. Then Ann in the pharmacy was just as kind and took care of us promptly too. So I would recommend stopping in here anytime you have a matter that needs attention during the hours they're open and you can't get in to your own dr. Thanks everyone I see you again next time. Keep up the amazing job over there at Get Well Urgent in Madison Heights.

Went in for a recheck of a pneumonia diagnosis last week.  Made an appointment easily.  Did not wait long to get in once I arrived.  Got very good care.
