Everybody was friendly, but 4 different medical personnel entered the room at various times and not one introduced themselves. Also, I didn’t receive discharge paperwork with my son’s diagnoses and new medications the provider prescribed. My son received an xray, per my request. I wanted to know if he had pneumonia. The provider never said if he did or not. She said “ he’s a little congested.” Nonetheless, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

First time visit. Very clean and nice office building. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Woke up yesterday with a sore throat and make an appt this morning for 9 o'clock. I got there a little early filled out paperwork and then they had me in a room right afterwards. Staff was very efficient and friendly. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Thank you so much.

Every thing was so so simple.. I got Online. Picked my time to come in. Showed up. Got in within arrival a few minutes later. They for a Saturday on a holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend were not busy at all. I came in at 3:41 pm was out by 4:00ish diagnosed and with prescription in hand. Yes , no having to then leave and use another place for pharmacy. Dr. Kayla was fantastic. Listening to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend her or any of the other providers at this location. Then Ann in the pharmacy was just as kind and took care of us promptly too. So I would recommend stopping in here anytime you have a matter that needs attention during the hours they're open and you can't get in to your own dr. Thanks everyone I see you again next time. Keep up the amazing job over there at Get Well Urgent in Madison Heights.

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.
