Experiencing Virtigo and was able to receive great care. Did not need to schedule a later appointment.

The nurse practitioner’s & staff are all so nice &’d kind! This is the only urgent care that I go to.

Received a follow up call and was given other medications and now on the mend! We’ve been coming here for a few years now.

Scheduling was pretty easy however the staff wasn’t welcoming. They talked to you like you were bothering them. So if you’re looking for a that you won’t find it here. Not even a smile in sight. The doctor was short and downplayed things. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I was unable to complete the required drug screen for my pre-employment because they did not have the staff member working who does that.

I really like the way how I could schedule the appointment get right in and get out in no time.

Friendly clean and efficient. Wait time was within reason.

Staff was kind and doctor saw me within 10mins. Great office!

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

Very professional and punctual. All staff was helpful and understanding. They actually called the next day to check in my son, which really meant a lot. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

When I go to the appointment, I made it online. I was checked in fast. I was in the back within five minutes. The staff was very nice. They was concerned about my pain level. They really helped me. I really appreciate this app.

Took a spill and feared a broken bone in my hand. South Huron Urgent Care took great care of me. Waited about five minutes to be seen. Dr Cindy is great!! X-rayed, splinted and I'm ready to go, with follow up instructions that she went over with me.  She showed me the x-ray, and explained what was going on. They took time and care with me. Office staff is friendly and personable too. Highly recommend!!

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

Drove up and received immediate service. Michael was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Very good with the testing and hoping for rapid results. Would definitely go there again.

Have been here a few times for my kids and myself, have found the team to be timely and efficient, consistently. Also friendly and pleasant. Would recommend!

Check in was easy. Maryann, the MA or RN, was quick and efficient. Woody, the PA, explained everything. I appreciated being helped so quickly and professionally.

Every thing was so so simple.. I got Online. Picked my time to come in. Showed up. Got in within arrival a few minutes later. They for a Saturday on a holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend were not busy at all. I came in at 3:41 pm was out by 4:00ish diagnosed and with prescription in hand. Yes , no having to then leave and use another place for pharmacy. Dr. Kayla was fantastic. Listening to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend her or any of the other providers at this location. Then Ann in the pharmacy was just as kind and took care of us promptly too. So I would recommend stopping in here anytime you have a matter that needs attention during the hours they're open and you can't get in to your own dr. Thanks everyone I see you again next time.
