COVID testing & Rapid testing near me in Orchard Lake Village, MI

Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.

Staff was kind and doctor saw me within 10mins. Great office!

Every thing was so so simple.. I got Online. Picked my time to come in. Showed up. Got in within arrival a few minutes later. They for a Saturday on a holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend were not busy at all. I came in at 3:41 pm was out by 4:00ish diagnosed and with prescription in hand. Yes , no having to then leave and use another place for pharmacy. Dr. Kayla was fantastic. Listening to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend her or any of the other providers at this location. Then Ann in the pharmacy was just as kind and took care of us promptly too. So I would recommend stopping in here anytime you have a matter that needs attention during the hours they're open and you can't get in to your own dr. Thanks everyone I see you again next time. Keep up the amazing job over there at Get Well Urgent in Madison Heights.

Drove up and received immediate service. Michael was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Very good with the testing and hoping for rapid results. Would definitely go there again.

Very professional and punctual. All staff was helpful and understanding. They actually called the next day to check in my son, which really meant a lot. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Scheduling was pretty easy however the staff wasn’t welcoming. They talked to you like you were bothering them. So if you’re looking for a that you won’t find it here. Not even a smile in sight. The doctor was short and downplayed things. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.

Doctor was great. Support staff could have been a little friendlier. Overall good experience.
