We almost exclusively come here when the kids need to be seen same day. Our primary care is impossible to get into without a weeks notice. The place is impeccably clean, the staff is very friendly. Yes, you have to wait if you get there after 9. Yes, the doctors seem a little rushed, because they are busy all day long. We have BCN insurance and it’s accepted and the copay is reasonable. Normally the doctors won’t prescribe anything unless it’s actually necessary. I’ve had one time the doc prescribed even though my daughters strep test came back negative, and she had a slightly inflamed ear drum. I felt comfortable with the decision and am generally happy they don’t over prescribe for my kids. I would highly recommend this clinic and am surprised by the negative reviews. I’m appreciative of our health care workers and the staff.

Had to go in today for a COVID test. We arrived early so wait to get in was relatively quick (under an hour). The test takes about 15 minutes for results. Staff was great - did standard test of vitals.

I needed a simple laboratory test. I was in line w many pts before they opened. Could not believe how fast they were able to ck in and handle the numerous types of pts seeking care. Fast, friendly, clean and very organized. I would highly recommend this urgent care for all needs large and small. Physicians there are capable of simple tests and compliance diagnosis. Took an xray of arm after fall Found it broken at the elbow. Placed in cast and referred to ortho. Clean, fast, polite service. Very pleased.

I was a bit skeptical of going to Hurley Urgent Care as the few times I have had experience with the Emergency Room at Hurley, NONE of them were positive. However, I can wholeheartedly say the on site Urgent Care Clinic is AMAZING for children and adults. We have been in and out in under an hour from anything from strep throat to a needing stitches in a foot. We highly recommend this Urgent Care facility!

I been here a few times. Staff is nice. The Doctors at this location do listen to your problems and try to help you and any way possible Dr. Roy Small and all the other docs I seen seem to care about the patients they see. Keep up good work.
