Went in for a recheck of a pneumonia diagnosis last week.  Made an appointment easily.  Did not wait long to get in once I arrived.  Got very good care.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either

Every thing was so so simple.. I got Online. Picked my time to come in. Showed up. Got in within arrival a few minutes later. They for a Saturday on a holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend were not busy at all. I came in at 3:41 pm was out by 4:00ish diagnosed and with prescription in hand. Yes , no having to then leave and use another place for pharmacy. Dr. Kayla was fantastic. Listening to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend her or any of the other providers at this location. Then Ann in the pharmacy was just as kind and took care of us promptly too. So I would recommend stopping in here anytime you have a matter that needs attention during the hours they're open and you can't get in to your own dr. Thanks everyone I see you again next time. Keep up the amazing job over there at Get Well Urgent in Madison Heights.

Showing up (15min early per instructions) to appt and having to wait an hour and a half with a sick kid past appt time, is comparable showing up to a rental car facility and them not having the car you reserved….. Why have appointments if you don’t honor them?  *The provider was very good otherwise*

I was unable to come in due to working all day. I was able to schedule a same day telehealth appointment for my lunch hour. I was taken care of right away and got the prescription I needed. Very caring, knowledgeable, kind, efficient staff and provider. I am grateful.

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.

I've been fighting stuffiness and drainage for the last 5 days. When online and they had an 8:45 appointment. Quickly filled in the paperwork and went down to the center. Very friendly staff and attentive to your needs. Would definitely recommend and use again

Scheduling  appointment online was easy and very convenient.  Upon entering the clinic staff was friendly and made you feel welcome.   The doctor and nurse were very detail oriented and appreciate hothorough.  Kind and compassionate.  Patients have to trust the doctor and care and I felt like she listened to my concerns and were addressed.  Excellent experience.

Broke out with an itchy reaction, turned out to be poison ivy exposure.  Short wait time, quick visit, script sent to my pharmacy.  Feeling better already.  Staff is friendly, helpful and caring.
