The doctor and nurse were great. However, their receptionist left a lot to be desired. Very abrupt and totally lacking people skills. She is dealing with people that are obviously very sick. A little kindness and compassion would certainly make the experience at least a little more pleasant.

She has decided to sell, and move to the new Sparrow (previously Hayes Green Beach Hospital in Charlotte, Mi).
