I can not say enough about the care that I received on nov, 4th, the staff was caring and I did not have long to wait,DR Spire was excellent, she made made me feel comfortable and did a great job sewing me up,I would recommend this place to everyone

I was totally impressed with the care I received at TAUC, Affton. After I had a very thorough checkup and an x-ray taken, the NP determined I had bronchitis. She put me on a nebulizer, and prescribed an antibiotic, a couple cough suppressants, as well as cough medicine. After my visit last Friday, and giving the meds a chance to "kick in", I feel much better today (Monday). I highly recommend TAUC to everyone!

I’ve always enjoyed the Hampton TAUC, great staff all around. But my 3/10/22 visit was above all else. I explained my fear of a DVT and was brought back right away, Dr. Cornish was incredibly helpful and immediately referred me to the ER which in all likelihood saved my life. The ER found an acute DVT in my leg and a small pulmonary embolism in one of my lungs. Dr. Cornish recognizing the severity of my leg pain and wasting no time sending me to the hospital prevented any further clots from traveling to my lungs. I can’t thank him enough!

The staff is always amazing and even during this pandemic they are there with a smile and a warm welcome in these really trying times.

This is our first stop for our family’s urgent health care needs. We have been there three times in the last 18 months with our elderly father. Each time we have received a diagnosis that was accurate with the appropriate treatment and follow-up recommended. It is clean and bright and the staff has is very efficient with managing the process. Everyone we have ever seen has been kind and thorough in their assessment and explanations. In a recent emergency, my wife needed medical help quickly. I usually trust hospitals above urgent care centers but I was proven wrong when we opted for the closer Total Access in Wentzville. We walked in and she was immediately led to a private room and testing began right away. Tests performed were far more comprehensive than I would've ever guessed. The staff was super friendly and highly professional and calmed us down quickly. Top notch staff and state of the art equipment. We discovered that we made the right choice by coming here for healthcare. This is a great alternative to hospitals, where long waits and checking in before being seen is the norm. Walked in after hearing a "pop" and experiencing extreme pain in my right knee. Sarah checked me in and within an hour I had been interviewed, examined, had an ex ray, was diagnosed, and released with recommendations for additional treatment. The customer service and compassion from every staff member was very impressive. I am very happy to have such a tremendous facility within 30 minutes, because "stuff happens" at the farm. I highly recommend them.

I’m Aurelia Deckard I’ve been here 2x the service I got from all the nurses and Dr.are excellent from the front desk ( Maitlin) Michelle ( back desk ,blanket) I’ve seen by Andrew Wahle also the nurse or tech who did my CT SCAN ( although she don’t say much but it’s alright too.everybody’s have a beautiful smile and friendly ..I RECOMMEND TOTAL ACCESS URGENT CARE .

I am so happy I seeked out urgent care. Experiencing a painful ear. I couldn't see regular doctor. They got me in and seen by Np. perscription for antibiotics. Np was very informative and suggested otc meds to help also. Pain relieved with in 24 hours. God Bless you all at Swansea urgent care.

As a mom who works both inside and outside the home it is really tough to get in to see the pediatrician when my kids are sick. It was very easy to go to MedExpress and see the physician assistant when I thought my son had strep throat. They even had the antibiotics there for him which meant no need to go to CVS and that was one less place to have to go with a sick kid. I will go there again.
