We walked in and she was immediately led to a private room and testing began right away. Tests performed were far more comprehensive than I would've ever guessed. The staff was super friendly and highly professional and calmed us down quickly. Top notch staff and state of the art equipment. We discovered that we made the right choice by coming here for healthcare. This is a great alternative to hospitals, where long waits and checking in before being seen is the norm. Great experience, that’s the most you can ask for at a walk in clinic. They did great! From walking in to leaving the staff was friendly and helpful.

Everyone from the receptionist, the tech, the NP and the xray tech were kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt I received better care than at my family doctor.

I went here for a workers comp claim. Dr. Karre had an excellent bedside manner. The staff were all very friendly except for the guy that came in after Erin Wallen left. He was rude but overall this place was wonderful. Oh and the front desk girl flirted with all the guys. 🤣🤣 while the women patients waited until she was finished batting her eyelashes.

I've been to other medical facilities in the past, and I'm always impressed by Total Access. Great staff, clean facilities, and friend providers.

This facility is amazing! The online check-in is wonderful. I have never been to a facility where the staff has gone so above & beyond to assist me, not to mention the fact that every one of the staff members are so friendly, helpful and just downright pleasant. People are generally nervous when going to the doctor/Urgent Care, your staff make you comforyable!!! Definately 5+ stars from me. Hats off to all the amazing staff at TAUC ❤❤❤
